Educated Sistas…Stop Seeking Validation from these Money Loving Corporations

Yet again, I read in Wall Street Journal and Forbes magazine about educated sistas complaining about diversity and inclusion in the workplace lol…oh boy… I did a video about this topic earlier this year, where other sistas were front and center in the biggest business magazines in the world, whining about not having a safe space to succeed in the workplace…oh my…really people lol? I even read where one PhD sista complained that because she has a PhD in social studies or something like that, that she should be making the same money as a white guy with a PhD in STEM. Are you kidding me? Stop that lol.

New Year, New Career. Stop Picking Low Paying Jobs My People

…too many of us end up in dead end jobs because no one teaches us how important it is at 18 to 24 years old to pick the right high paying majors. When we graduate high school, many of us know that getting a college degree or trade school training can be good, but some of us don’t end up doing either of these. That’s how a lot of us end up in minimum wage jobs, struggling to pay bills, can’t afford for to raise a healthy family, often on the brink of eviction.

Helping Our Young People Survive the Lost Years

The reason our community is in last place among the 4 main American groups is in part because too many of us kick our young people out the house at 18 without a career plan or vision. As I’ve said in previous videos, our young people struggle severely during the lost years from 18 to 24 years old.
