Posted by Controversial rapper Sexxy Red loves her some Donald Trump…then this happened next. According to the Jasmine Brand Instagram page, comedian Theo Von interviewed the rapper, where:
“she said people liked Trump after he released a handful of incarcerated Black people, notably Kodak Black. She praised him for approving the $1,200 stimulus checks…”
What happened next? Her words raised the blood pressure of our people across all ages. Well, Boomers ain’t heard of her, but Millennials and Gen Z went on the attack, calling her out her name. That’s interesting cuz so many of us think only Boomers are diehard democrats. Some think a new generation of blacks is rising up among younger people, challenging the dominance the party has over us. If that were true, I’d welcome it, as I’m a life long independent.
But according to studies I’ve seen, I’m not surprised that a lot of younger people criticized Sexxy Red. Stay tuned as I’ll be doing a full video on this soon.
