Ladies, if you agree, sound off. All the great black male leaders that I know or not, leave a comment. Obviously, I’m a Dallas area black businessman in the Plano area. I network with professional brothas with careers and businesses that require top notch leadership skills.
I can vouch for the fact that there are good leaders among successful brothas here. So clearly there is a disconnect between sistas like her and the many driven professional brothas who live here. How do we fix this gap in a constructive way? I’ll be doing a follow up video on this topic soon. Take care.
