Hey, hope you’re having a good start to your weekend. This week, a new top cop was selected by the city council of Plano, an upscale suburb just north of Dallas. His name is Ed Drain. He originally served as a Plano police officer for over 20 years before becoming Amarillo police chief three years ago.
