After all the talk about how western civilization has been destructive to the descendants of Africans, how do you feel about this interesting move by the European Union to declassify even more details of colonial atrocities AND pledge to pay reparations? Is it genuine, or is there more to the story, especially given the moves rival China has made across Africa in recent months?
