We are looking for minority owners of fast-growing, successful or innovative companies; ethnic minorities who are corporate executives with high levels of responsibility at their companies; and a corporate advocate of any ethnicity who is highly effective at and deserves recognition for supporting minority business owners and executives. There is no minimum revenue requirement, but all nominees must be willing to confidentially disclose revenue for the past two years.
Candidates should also play a strong leadership role outside their jobs and in their communities. We are looking for key, influential people who are making a difference. Community Service involvement is heavily weighted in the judging process.
