A landlord-tenant disagreement involving Gearbox Software is threatening the video game developer’s move into a new building in Frisco.
In a lawsuit in state district court in Collin County, Gearbox claims that landlord/developer Frisco Square Developers LLC stalled construction then double-crossed the company on a deal involving Gearbox’s planned move into the high-profile Frisco Square development on Main Street.
