Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star Kevin Durant put his Miami condo up for sale on March 31, the same day he reportedly underwent bone graft surgery on his right foot.
Durant is selling his three-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom condo for $3.45 million. It has a stunning view of downtown Miami—a destination the superstar might have considered when he becomes a free agent in 2016.
The condo is in the fourth-tallest building in Miami, a towering 63-floor skyscraper called 900 Biscayne Bay which overlooks its namesake lagoon, Biscayne Bay, off the eastern coast of Florida.
The 3,793-square-foot luxury condo has a theater room, a private elevator foyer, and 991 square feet of open terraces. The home appears professionally decorated, and you can purchase the furnishings “for an additional price,” according to the listing.
