What On Earth Are You Doing This Weekend in Dallas? Find Somethin’ to do!

A lot of well known people will be in town this weekend, so if you’re usually bored every weekend, time to get up and get out there somewhere! Whether you like the great Dallas night life or daytime activities, we got ya covered.

There’s the 3-day “Pink Pumps & Paparazzi” Girlfriends Getaway summit (click here fore more info) starting today, 6pm, at the very stylish 5-star Rockwall Lakeside Resort Hilton in Rockwall featuring Draya, reality star Kandi, Dede and Lady Jade from K104, Dana Chanel, and DJ Duffey. If you’re artistically inclined, there’s ArtSpark at Northpark Mall tomorrow (Sat., April 18) from 1-5pm. On Sunday, April 19th, is the Dillard University Charity Alumni Golf Tournament, 12 noon, at the Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine. If you’re into modeling, there are at least two model calls posted on our Events page. And for those who love country music, of course it’s going down at AT&T Stadium in Arlington with the American Country Music Awards (and all those events and parties associated with it). The well-known Dallas International Film Festival (DIFF) wraps up it’s week-long run this Sunday so be sure to catch a great indie film.

For those who enjoy the nightlife, Nicole Murphy, the model/reality star (Hollywood Exes) hosting the Socialite party with Slim from the group 112 at Winstons tonight. And fresh from her hosting duties at the Girlfriends Getaway summit in Rockwall, Draya will also host the dazzling happenings at electrifying Medusa club tonight (presented by Men Of Business), but get there before 1015pm or so to avoid any lines if you hate lines. The beautiful Heather Sanders of Sorella Boutique fame is doing hostess duties at Syx club (presented by Men Of Business – man these guys stay busy) tomorrow night. Monroe Lounge is hosting a Deja Vu party tomorrow night. The Flashback Fest concert is in town tomorrow night at the Verizon Theatre in Grand Prairie with Maze featuring Frankie Beverly, Bobby Brown, and Cameo. Might be sold out by now, but you may find a few tickets for resale on Ticketmaster or StubHub.
