A California-based firearms retailer has its sights set on the Lone Star state with plans to open a new retail shop in Plano, and later to move its headquarters to North Texas.This year, online retailer RifleGear — which sells rifles, pistols, ammunition, and firearm accessories — plans to open a bricks-and-mortar retail location in about 15,054 square feet of space at Windhaven Park Shopping Center at the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Windhaven Parkway.
