J.C. Penney Looking to Profit From Headquarters Real Estate – 50 Plano

According to a report in the Dallas Morning News, J.C. Penney, which has its headquarters in our 50|Plano Hot Zone in West Plano, is looking to possibly do a mix of sales and leaseback of its headquarters campus in a cost cutting move. It’s hard to blame them considering the value of the property has skyrocketed recently due to all the blockbuster mega development projects going on all around it as we’ve been describing in our various posts on this economic juggernaut that is West Plano, South Frisco, and East The Colony.
