A collar can never be too high because the animators need to change the characters’ faces. They need to be able to move the chin down and tilt the head backward. Is that character going to be running? The costume can’t restrict the knee movement, and if they’re in really high heels, that’s going to be a problem. We’ll need to lower them so they can move properly.
